Congratulations for finishing our online courses and learning assets. It is no small feat! Now it is time to take our HelpLine Specialist Test. You will have 90 minutes to complete this test and 2 tries for each question. The passing rate is 88%.
Please do not feel anxious as you can re-take the test as many times as necessary to pass. You can review any incorrect answers before taking it again. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
