Congratulations for finishing our online courses and learning assets. It is no small feat! Now it is time to take our HelpLine Specialist Test. You will have a maximum of 90 minutes to complete this test and 2 tries for each question. The passing score is 88%.
Please do not feel anxious as you can re-take the test as many times as necessary to pass. You can review any incorrect answers or reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions or would like to review any incorrect answers with staff before trying again.
Once you pass the test, remember to sign up for a technical consolation by pressing “next lesson.” Good luck!
